Frequently Asked Questions

 

Does Accredo accept credit cards?

 

Yes. Orders placed online are processed securely by PayPal. Please visit the galleries to purchase prints. We are also happy to accept a check or money order when using the printable order form.

 

If I order something from the web site how long will it take to get to me?

 

Once your check, money order or credit card has been cleared, your order will ship out within 10 days. Online orders are typically processed more quickly.

 

How are my photos shipped?

 

All items are mailed through the United States Post Office or UPS. Accredo does not guarantee undamaged product. You may purchase shipping insurance if you desire too (add $2.00 to your total) or request UPS shipment on the order form. UPS insures up to $100.00.

 

Will my photos be matted or framed?

 

Generally not. If you would like matted or framed items, please visit me at a show and see if I have the piece matted or framed there. OR you may contact me via email and we can discuss your needs further.
